摘要
在分析航空转速表的工作特点和检测要求的基础上,提出了运用MCS-51单片机技术,检测飞机转速表的检测仪设计方案。给出了其总体结构设计,重点阐述了检测仪主要的硬件设计以及系统软件设计,并介绍了工作过程和实现方法。最后对检测仪进行了测试标定。实践证明:该检测仪在完成转速表检测内容的同时,具有较高的精度和通用性,并且价格低廉,具有广泛的应用前景。
A tester was designed by using processor MCS -51 on the basis of analyzing the working characteristic and testing demand of aeronautic tachometer on the aircraft, This paper presented the whole structure of the tester and analyzed the central hardware design and the system software design, and introduced the working process and realization of the tester. Finally, the tester was tested. The resuh shows that the tester can fulfill its functions, Meanwhile, it has high accuracy, and it is all-purpose for all kinds of tachometer by the experiment, It has low cost price and wide applied perspective in many aspects.
