供水管道检漏智能数据采集记录器的设计

摘要 设计了一种用于检测供水管道泄漏的智能数据采集记录器。进行了敏感元件的选型、硬件电路和传感器工艺结构的设计,并编写了记录器系统应用程序及传感器接口程序。该记录器能够实现对管道泄漏音频信号的采集、存储和传输,并能够根据测量现场环境噪声的变化对采集信号进行自适应处理,以提高采集信号的信噪比。将设计的数据采集记录器用于供水管道泄漏检测实验,结果表明:该记录器可很好地应用于管道泄漏信号检测,并具有较好信噪比。 An intelligent data acquisition recorder, which can sample the pipeline leakage signal, was developed. The selection of the acceleration chip, the hardware circuit, sensor techniques structure and recorder system application programs, interface programs of the sensor were designed. The recorder can realize the pipeline leak audio signal acquisition, the storage and transmis- sion of measurement and can spot the changes in the noise signal acquisition adaptive processing to enhance the signal acquisition SNR. The recorder was used in the pipeline leak detection experiment. The result indicates that the recorder is fit for sampling the leakage signal and the SNR is high.
