摘要
为了对平板硫化机的外压温度进行精确测量和控制,文中引入了电桥、运算放大器以及串行A/D转换器相结合的测温方法。并利用功率MOS管输出PWM波形,还讨论了系统的软件设计流程。实践证明,该控制系统具有实现成本低,控温精度高,易于实现等优点,可实现数据动态显示、存储、统计、查询、报表等功能,实现了自动控制和生产管理一体化,具有良好的工程应用前景。
In order to give a precise measurement and control to the temperature of the fiat sulfuration equipment, this paper introduced a temperature measurement method which was the combination of electric bridge, operational amplifier, and serial A/D converter. It used the power MOS to output the PWM wave. The paper also discussed about the software design process. The practice proves that the control system possesses the listed strong points, low cost, high precision of temperature control, easy to achieve and the data will be displayed dynamically and stored in the computer for query, making statistics and reports. The computer system can realize the integration of automation and production management. It has nice prospects for engineering application.
