摘要
针对不可直接获取数据的字符型数显仪表,提出一种基于投影矩阵法的仪表字符实时识别系统,通过摄取LCD的实时动态画面,并对采集到的图片进行滤波预处理并二值化,然后根据投影矩阵法确定出包络每个字符的矩阵,运用模板匹配算法,采用缓存比较的方法,克服了LCD实时画面中的字符残缺受损情况带来的影响,识别出字符,最后在不带有串口通讯功能的徕卡DISTO A2、A3系列激光测距仪上,成功获取其实时数据,并且识别精度达到了98%,也证明了该方法的可靠和有效。
For digital instrument with data that cannot be acquired directly, this paper proposed a real-time instrument character recognition system based on projective matrix method. The system took real-time photo of the LCD, processed it by designed filter, got thresholding, and then located the surround matrix of each character by projective matrix method. After this, method of Buffer compare was employed with algorithm of template matching to recognize the character. Acquiring real-time data on serial interface communication-free DISTO A2, A3 Lycra serial laser distance meter and the recognition accuracy reached 98% can prove this measurement method's security and validity.
