摘要
通过测量LED的相对光谱功率分布,计算出被测LED的色度坐标、纯度、峰值波长以及主波长等参数。测试装置提供与分选装置的通信接口,通过它们之间的通信实现在线测试,并可根据测试的结果和设定值对被测LED进行自动判断分选。实际应用表明:该系统测试速度快,单颗测试时间为100ms;测试精度高,其中发光强度测量误差小于10%,峰值波长的误差在±1nm内;主波长为620~760nm的LED其主波长测量参数误差不大于1nm,主波长为380~620nm的LED其主波长测量参数误差不大于0.5nm,白光的色度坐标误差不大于0.01。系统兼容性好,更换少量配件就可生产不同规格的表面贴装LED。
This paper calculated the chromaticity coordinates, purity, peak wavelength and dominant wavelength by measuring the relative spectra power distribution of LED. The testing machine provided communication interface for the sorting machine. Through the communication between the testing machine and the sorting machine, the system can realize on-line testing and provide automatic judgment and sorting function according to the test results and the setting value of the measured LED. Application shows that the system has quick test speed and high precision, the test time is up to 100 ms. LED luminous intensity measurement error is less than 10%, the peak wavelength measurement error is less than 1 nm, the dominant wavelength of 620 -760 nm LED measurement error is not more than 1 nm, the dominant wavelength of 380 - 620 nm LED measurement error is less than 0.5 nm and the chromaticity coordinates measurement error of white LED is not more than 0.01. The compatibility of the system is excellent, as long as a small number of replacement parts, the system can produce different specifications SMT LED.
