慢性阻塞性肺疾病中性粒细胞CD11b/CD18表达的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨CD11b/CD18在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病中的作用。方法采用流式细胞学技术,测定20例COPD急性加重期、稳定期患者及健康对照者外周血中性粒细胞表面粘附分子CD11b/CD18的阳性表达率。并与肺功能指标FEV1.0、FEV1.0/FVC进行相关性分析。结果COPD急性加重期中性粒细胞CD11b/CD18的阳性表达率显著高于稳定期(P<0.01)和正常对照组(P<0.01);COPD稳定期中性粒细胞CD11b/CD18的阳性表达率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。COPD急性加重期、稳定期中性粒细胞表面CD11b/CD18阳性表达率与FEV1.0、FEV1.0/FVC分别呈负相关(P<0.05;P<0.05);(P<0.05;P<0.05)。结论CD11b/CD18参与了COPD的病理发展过程。
