摘要
以雷公藤不同质量浓度(100、50、25、12.5 g.L-1)的水浸提液每月1次,每次100 mL浇灌盆栽杉木幼苗,连续处理6个月。结果表明,不同质量浓度雷公藤水浸提液对杉木的地径、株高有不同程度的影响,并建立了地径生长量(y1)与处理后生长时间(x1)和质量浓度(x2)的回归方程为y1=0.97313+0.00164x1-2.01944x2,株高生长量(y2)与处理后生长时间(x1)和质量浓度(x2)的回归方程为y2=49.90149+0.05117x1-75.72222x2。通过多元回归分析,得出经过不同质量浓度雷公藤水浸提液连续处理6个月后,对杉木幼苗地径生长最适宜的雷公藤水浸提液质量浓度为20 g.L-1。
The growth of Chinese fir seedlings treated with 100 mL aqueous extracts of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook in different mass concentrations (100, 50, 25, 12.5 g · L^-1) were surveyed for 6 months. Different mass concentrations of the aqueous extracts of T. wilfordil affected the ground diameter and height of Chinese fir in various extents. Two regression equations about ground diameter (y1) and height (y2) associated with growth time (x1) and mass concentrations (x2) : y1 =0.973 13 +0.001 64x1 -2.019 44x2, y2 =49.901 49 + 0. 051 17x1 -75. 722 22x2 were obtained. Through multiple regression analysis we discovered the proper mass concentration for the ground diameter growth of Chinese fir was 20 g · L^- 1.
