家蚕转基因研究进展

Progress of the Research on Silkworm Transgenic

近年来,显微注射和生殖系转化已成为家蚕转基因研究的主流技术与方法。本文简要介绍了近几年来家蚕转基因转座子和启动子选择上的发展以及家蚕转基因在研究家蚕基因功能、生产目的蛋白、改善蚕丝质量与增强家蚕抗病性方面的应用。表明家蚕转基因技术的巨大发展潜力和很高的利用价值。

Recently, Microinjection and Germline transgenesis become the main approach in silkworm transgenic study. In this paper, the development of transposon and promoter used in the transgenic study and the application of the silkworm transgenesis in gene function study, foreign protein production, silk quality and anti-disease improvement were introduced. The achievement showed that silkworm transgenesis have great prospect in the future.
