摘要
采用A—PAGE电泳方法,对我们用外源DNA导入春小麦所获得的12个后代变异系及其受体进行了小麦籽粒醇溶蛋白分析,结果表明:后代变异系产生了广泛的不同程度的明显的变异,但受体与后代的醇溶蛋白电泳图谱仍具有很大的相似性。证实了这12个变异系均为外源DNA(基因)转化系,揭示了外源DNA导入技术是改良品种的少数或个别性状、丰富种质资源的有效途径。同时也说明麦醇溶蛋白分析方法是可以应用于外源DNA导入的一种相当有效的验证手段。
The wheat seed gliadin of the receptors and 12 variant systems which we ob-tained by introducing exogenous DNA into Spring wheat was analysed by the A - PAGEmethod. It was found that various degrees of variation was obviously shown, but the receptor andits variant progeng were very similar in electrophorogram. It was confirmed that the 12 variantsystems are all transformant systems of exogenous DNA(or genes). It was revealed that the tech-nique of exogenous DNA introduction is an effective way to improving a few(or one) charactersof cultivars and enriching germplasm resources. And it was proved that the method of analysingglindin may be applied to .the molecular verification of exogenous DNA introduction and it is aneffective verification means.
