摘要
利用超微细粉碎技术.研究开发成功的超微细重质碳酸钙产品具有纯度高、白度好、活性强、超微细的特点,CaCO_3含量大于99%,白度高于95%,平均粒径2.5-5.0μm,比表面积高达363m^2/g。产品质量达到或超过了ZBG12009-88标准及日本超微细重质碳酸钙的有关标准。微细粉体结构以圆球形为主,可广泛应用于造纸、塑料、徐料、橡胶等行业。
Using the ultramicron comminution technology, we have successfully re-searched and developed the ultrafines of heavy calcium carbonate, of which the purity, white de-gree and activity are high-the CaCO_3 content exceeding 99 %,white degree exceeding 95 %,av-erage grain size being 2. 5-5. 0μm. and specific surface area being 36; 3m2/g' The product'squality has met or exceeded the standard of ZBG 12009-88 and Japanese standard about heavycalcium carbonate ultrafines. The ultramicrons are mainly ball-shaped, can be used in the lines,such as papermaking, plastics .coating, rubber, etc.
