摘要
本文简要地介绍了水文特征值计算机统计软件的开发目标、系统设计原则、方法、主要功能特点、应用前景和如何更好地为经济建设提供优质快捷的水文信息服务。
The following respects of computer software of hydrology characteristice values statistics are briefly intoroduced in this paper: the development aim ,the principle and method of design,the major function charactevistics and prospect of ulility of the system. On the other hand , how to provide vapid and high quality information service better using the system for economy construction is also mentioned in the thesis.
