摘要
曲轴是发动机中工作强度最大,承受较多复杂多变载荷的重要零件之一。长期以来,因受国内毛坯锻造水平的影响(加工余量过大),在曲轴粗加工过程中,往往会产生较大的弯曲变形,且设备磨损严重。该专利技术结合曲轴粗加工的工艺现状,用“电溶爆”无刀具、无接触性强电加工技术进行切削加工,有效地控制了曲轴弯曲变形和机床磨损。

As it used, to be known (a large amount of excess. metal has been remains). Which usually generation bend geometry during the crank is rough machining. But also to wear the machine tool serious. The applecation of the putent art was comlined the art state of crank rough machining, its make used of 'EDM'that is no cutting tool or no against with workpiece. But strong cur- rent be used to removes metal. This eftectivly to control the crank bend geometry and ma- chine tool wering.
