Solutions of Excessive Social Burden on State-owned Enterprises

本文对我国国有企业社会负担过重问题进行了分析，并就这一问题提出了若干解决办法，包括多渠道筹集建立社会保障体制所需资金，卸掉企业离退休职工包袱，分流富余人员，建立职工医疗保险体制。

The problem of excessive social burden on state-owned enterprises is analyzed and several solutions are suggested.These solutions include:collecting funds from multi-channel for establishment of social insurance system,puting down the load of retirees, diverting surplus personnel,establishing medical insurance system for staff,and separating social organizations from enterprises,etc.
