The flavouring industry in the world is fast developed.Our country is rich in flavouring resources and uses flavouring at first.The present situation of flavouring industry in our country is analyzed.This paper proposes that the research and development of hign-grade flavourings with national flavour are an effective way to cause our country prosperous.
