摘要
鲁尔区是德国在煤炭基地上形成综合工业生产能力的典型代表。１００多年来，鲁尔区立足丰富的煤炭资源，重视基础设施建设和科教文化的促进作用，紧跟科技革命的潮流，及时调整产业结构，并坚持资源开发与环境保护相结合原则，始终保持着旺盛的生命力。本文通过对鲁尔区与山西能源重化工基地的比较研究，提出了鲁尔区发展对山西能源基地建设的有益启示，为山西能源重化工基地的全面振兴和可持续发展，展示了一个可供借鉴的成功样板。
Ruhr is a typical region in Germany based on coal to form the comprehensive industrial production capability,Over the past one hundred years,Ruhr has relied on rich coal resource,put stress on infrastructure construction and science and education and culture development,firmly followed the trend of sci-tech revolution,adjusted industrial structure in time,persisted in the principle of combining the resources development and environment protection,and therefore,which makes Ruhr all along remain exuberant vitality.This paper sets forth valuable enlightenment from energy resources base construction of Ruhr to Shanxi through comparative research on energy resources heavy chemical industry base between Ruhr and Shanxi ,and presents a useful successful pattern for reference for all-round invigorating and sustainable developing Shanxi's energy resources heavy chemical industry base.
