乙烯淤浆聚合BCE催化剂生产双峰聚乙烯树脂的工业应用 被引量:21

摘要 介绍了BCE 催化剂工业生产高性能双峰聚乙烯树脂的情况,并与进口催化剂进行对比;研究了两种催化剂生产的双峰聚乙烯树脂的物理性能和力学性能。实验结果表明,BCE 催化剂能明显改善装置的运行情况,具有较好的氢调敏感性和丁烯共聚性能。BCE 催化剂制备的双峰聚乙烯树脂具有较高的堆密度(0.34~0.37g/cm^3),高于进口催化剂制备的双峰聚乙烯树脂的堆密度(0.27~0.34g/cm^3);BCE 催化剂制备的树脂粒径分布集中,细粉含量少,粒径小于75μm的细粉的质量分数约为14.9%,远低于进口催化剂制备的树脂中的细粉含量(质量分数为38.4%)。BCE 催化剂在制备双峰聚乙烯树脂过程中低聚物生成明显低于进口催化剂。 Industrial application of BCE catalyst in polymerization of ethylene by slurry process to produce polyethylene with bimodal relative molecular mass distribution was introduced and compared with application of an imported catalyst. The physical and mechanical properties of polyethylene obtained by using BCE catalyst and imported catalyst were investigated. BCE is more sensitive in hydrogen responsibility and better in copolymerization behavior. Polyethylene obtained from BCE catalyst is narrower in particle size distribution and higher in bulk density (0.34 - 0.37 g/cm^3 ) than that obtained from imported catalyst (0.27 - 0.34 g/cm^3 ). The content of fine powder ( particle diameter less than 75 μm) in polyethylene with BCE is about 14.9% ( mass fraction), far less than that in polyethylene with imported catalyst, which is 38.4% (mass fraction). Oligomer content with BCE catalyst is also less than that with the imported.
