摘要
取‘阿维兰’月季带侧芽幼嫩茎段,以改良MS为基本培养基,加入不同浓度的6-BA、NAA及活性炭,通过对不同配方条件下月季诱导分化及生长状况的观察,分析不同生长调节剂浓度以及有无活性炭对其分化及扩繁的影响,并以不同浓度的IBA和NAA进行生根培养。结果表明,‘阿维兰’月季离体侧芽诱导的适宜培养基为改良MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L;最适增殖培养基为改良MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L;最适生根培养基为改良1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L。
‘Aweilan＇ rose was cultured on MS medium supplemented with different concentrations of hormones （6-BA and NAA）. The induction and growth of planflets were observed and the effects of the concentration of hormones and active carbon on the differentiation of ‘Aweilan＇ rose were studied. The results indicated that culture medium MS with 6-BA 2.0mg/L and NAA0.3mg/L was good for induction of accessory bud, MS medium with 6-BA 2.0mg/L and NAA 0.1mg/L was favorable for bud-differentiation, and medium 1/2 MS with NAA 0.5 mg/L gave the best result for rooting.
