当前水库除险加固若干问题的商榷

Some issues of reservoir reinforcement in need of discussion

从水库大坝安全鉴定、水库除险加固技术审批、水库工程建设和运行管理等有关方面所发现的、易存在的若干问题,对水库大坝、溢洪道、放水设施等建筑物的除险加固,提出相应的意见与建议。

In the course of reservoir dam safety appraisal, technical examination and approval of reservoir reinforeement project, construction of reservoir structures, operation and administration of reservoir, some issues had been frequently seen. Corresponding comments and suggestions are put forward for reinforcement of reservoir dam, spillway and discharging facilities.
