网络-价值工程技术是一种施工组织的新方法,弥补了网络方法的不足。结合桂林市桃花江半岛防洪堤工程施工实践,介绍了网络-价值工程技术的概念及其在突击性水利工程项目施工中跟踪、调控的方法和效果。

Network-value engineering technology is a new construction organization method, which makes good the shortcomings of network method. Combined with the construction practioe of flood dike at Taohuajiang peninsulaa in Guilin city, the author introduced the conception of network-value engineering technology and its application in a rush water project, such as tradng and regulating method. The application effect is also presented.
