结合腰子坪及长滩水电站施工中的环境保护实践,介绍了小水电项目施工中环境保护的主要内容,论述小水电项目在实施过程中,对环境影响的种类及影响环境的主要因素,提出了在施工中实施环境保护的工程措施和管理措施。

Combined with the environment protection practice during construction of Yaoziping HPP and Changtanhe HPP, the author introduced main contents of environment protection during construction of small-scale hydropower projects, demonstrated types of impact on environment and main factors that affect environment, and put forward major engineering measures and administration measures to be taken for environment protection in the course of construction.
