结合钦州市荷木水库除险加固工程施工实践,论述了中小型水利水电工程施工中,质量控制的重点是对人,材料,方法,设备和环境等施工五要素的控制。总结了施工中对这五要素的控制经验和方法。

Combined with the construction practice of Hemu reservoir reinforcement project in Qinzhou city, it is pointed out that emphasis of construction quality control for mid- and small-scale hydropower project shall be put on control of five aspects, including manpower, material, method, equipment and environment. The experience and method for controlling these five aspects are also presented.
