摘要
数字化制造环境中提高加工系统可靠性具有重要意义,分析了影响加工系统可靠性的主要因素,建立了加工系统基于故障率预防性维修的可靠性模型.以数字化设备立式数控铣床为例,进行加工系统可靠性实验研究,通过切削试验对变加工条件下加工过程的可靠性进行较为深入的分析.结果表明,变加工条件下,加工参数的优化与系统的可靠性存在着混合效应关联关系.掌握可靠性的变化规律可以为加工过程作业调度和维修计划的制订提供决策支持.
It is important to increase the reliability of machining system under the environment of digital manufacturing. The main influencing factor of reliability in machining system is analyzed. Reliability model based on hazard preventive maintenance is built. By way of computerized numerical / control milling machine, reliability of machining system is conducted by experiment study. Cutting experiment is carried in variable machining conditions in order to analyze the machining reliability completely. Results indicate that optimizing the machining parameters and system reliability have correlative relations of mixed effect. Grasping the change rule of reliability can provide decision-making support for planning the job schedule and mainterance scheme.
