摘要 制备了氧化铝(Al2O3)填充线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)及其加入铜粉(Cu)和石墨粉的Al2O3/LLDPE导热复合材料。研究表明:加入Al2O3使LLDPE的热导率提高,且其热导率随Al2O3用量增加而提高。加入第3组分Cu和石墨,尤其是石墨可进一步提高Al2O3/LLDPE复合材料的热导率。另外,Al2O3/LLDPE复合材料热导率的实验数据与Maxwell模型的理论曲线较为一致。 Alumina filled linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE) composites and Al2O3/LLDPE composites filled with copper (Cu)and graphite are prepared in this paper. It indicates that the addition ot Al2O3 increases the thermal conductivity of LI.DPE, and the thermal conductivities of Al2O3/LLDPE composites increases with increasing the content of Al2O3. The addition of the third component(Cu, graphite) further increases the thermal conductivities of Al2O3/LLDPE composites, especially the addition of graph ire. The authors also find that Maxwell model is suitable for Al2O3/LLDPE composites.
