蚕丝织物双乙烯砜型活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺研究

A Study on the Real Silk Cold Pad-Batch Dyeing with Bifunctional Vinylsulfone Dyes

针对蚕丝织物活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺,首先对染料进行了筛选,得出了双乙烯砜型活性染料是蚕丝织物冷轧堆染色的首选染料,然后对碱剂、稳定剂、堆置温度、堆置时间四因素对冷轧堆染色效果的影响进行了研究,并通过正交实验,优化了蚕丝织物冷轧堆染色的工艺条件。

This paper first applies lots of reactive dyes to the cold pad-batch dyeing of the real silk, and obtains the bifunctional vinylsulfone dyes as the suitable dyestuffs. The influence of factors such as alkaline agent, stabilizer, pad time and pad temperature is also discussed. And then the cold pad-batch dyeing process of the real silk is optimized by orthogonal experiments.
