摘要
以结肠癌细胞株HT29和SW620为系统,研究奥沙利铂对结肠癌细胞株的体外增殖抑制作用及对细胞凋亡的影响。经奥沙利铂作用的细胞,通过MTT法测定细胞存活率、光学显微镜观察细胞形态变化、AO/EB染色法和Annexin V-FITC/PI双染流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡等情况。结果表明奥沙利铂具有抑制细胞增殖并诱导细胞凋亡的活性。
To study the effects of proliferation inhibition and cell apoptosis of oxaliplatin on colon cancer cells. Two colon cancer cells, HT29 and SW620, are used as models. After cell proliferation measured by MTT assay, morphology changes observed by optical microscopy and apoptosis detected by AO/EB staining and flow cytometry analysis, the inhibition of cell proliferation and induction of cell apoptosis activity by oxaliplatin are confirmed.
