双辊薄带连铸过程数学物理模拟研究 被引量:7

Numerical and physical simulation of twin-roll strip continuous casting process by water model

摘要 根据Fr和Re准数相似的原则,建立了双辊薄带连铸机的1∶1水模型,并设计了新型的布流系统.采用数学模拟的方法研究了熔池内流体的流动状态,分析了布流系统结构对熔池内流场的影响.利用三维激光多普勒测速仪测量了侧封板处的流场分布.模拟结果与测量结果比较吻合. A 1 : 1 water model of a twin-roll strip caster was set up based on the Froude number and Reynolds number similarity criteria. A new type of metal delivery system was designed for the twin-roll strip caster. Mathematical modeling was carried out to help anticipate the flow patterns in the pool of water model. The effect of configuration of delivery system on flow pattern in the pool was also analyzed. Velocity fields near side dams were measured with a 3D-LDV by using a new metal delivery system. The calculated flows were shown to be in good agreement with LDV measurements.
