摘要 分析了目前国际上IPTV业务开展情况;研究了国内运营商建设IPTV需要注意的问题,即系统应具有良好的开放性、平滑升级扩展的能力,应能提供多CP/SP与二次运营的应用,考虑对承载网的网络压力并具有快速的研发响应能力,且具有与NGN/3G的融合能力,以重庆电信IPTV项目为背景提出了一套可行的IPTV建设系统架构.有助于IPTV业务在全国范围内的开展. In this article, the current IPTV service carried out abroad is analyzed, and the key points in building IPTV by domestic operators are studied, including that the system should be opening, have the ability of smooth upgrading, providing multiple CP/SP operating with the second application and considering network pressure to the bearer network and have the ability of rapid development and integrating NGN/3G. And then, based on Chongqing IPTV project, a feasible IPTV system framework is put forward, which is helpful to the development of IPTV service in the whole country.
