摘要
针对采用数字图像处理的方法,难以解决喷射角测量的问题,首先使用高速摄像头采集清洗器工作时的图像信息并保存为AVI文件,然后对AVI文件进行解析,得到数字化的图片,再进行数字图像处理,经过Hough变换,最后计算得到清洗器喷射角的大小.实践表明,该方案具有测量准确,操作方便,可记录,可重复.
Using digital image processing methods to overcome the difficulty of spray angle measurement will be conducive to further improve the design of cleaner. Firstly, high-speed camera is used to shoot the cleaning process and save it as AVI files. Secondly, the AVI files are analyzed, digital images are obtained and image processing is done. After Hough transform the value of the angle is obtained finally. The experiment shows that the measurement of the angle is accurate, convenient, recordable and repeatable, which meets the needs of the actual measurement.
