摘要
利用多元线性回归方法研究了商品房竣工面积、销售面积、建筑业贷款及利率因素对泉州市地区商品房平均价格的影响.
In recent years real estate prices have been keeping a rising trend and high housing prices have exceeded the purchasing power of many residents. Although the government has actively controled prices, the prices are still rising. By using multiple linear regression, this article analyses the impact of the area of commercial housing completed, sales, construction loans and the interest rate on the average Price of commercial housing in Quanzhou City.
