JSR改性沥青在黑龙江省道路施工中的应用

JSR Reform Quality Asphalt Used in Heilongjiang Province

沥青混凝土路面是我省高等级路面的常用结构形式。随着经济的发展,交通量日益增大,对新型材料进行研究,改善沥青路用性能已成为重要的课题。通过对JSR改性沥青3大指标试验结果进行分析,得出使用JSR改性沥青不仅在延度上比国产SBR改性沥青性能优越,而且其高、低温性能都明显优于国产SBR改性沥青。通过对JSR改性沥青混合料进行试验,说明其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等路用性能指标都较优越。JSR改性沥青值得进一步研究,以利于进一步应用推广。

Asphalt concrete surface is a common structure that our province used. With the economic development, transportation number was increased, research new material and perfect asphalt quality has become an important subject. By testing the three major index of JSR reform asphalt and then analyze it, we catch a result that it is much better than national SBR reform asphalt, both in length, high and low tenpreture. Because of the test, we can make a conclusion that JSR reform asphalt mixture material has the better index as high tempreture stability, low tempreture anticrack quality and water stability, and so on. So JSR reform asphalt is need to be researched and to be widen.
