基于粒子群优化算法的MGEKF在舰载无源定位中的应用

摘要 针对舰载无源定位中对高速运动目标定位精度不高的问题,引入多普勒频率变化率为测量量,同时提出把粒子群优化算法与MGEKF算法相结合,将PSO算法用于MGEKF的初始阶段,既避免了PSO算法运算量大的缺点,又避免了MGEKF受初值和修正函数影响不收敛的问题,缩短定位时间的同时提高了定位精度.仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性和稳定性. The accuracy of shipborne passive location is not high to fast- moving targets. Hence, we use the Doppler frequency changing rate as a measurement value and combine PSO algorithm and MGEKF algorithm to create a new algorithm. Using new algorithm at the initial stage of MGEKF can not only reduce the computational work, but also avoid non-convergence phenomenon impacted by bad initial value and modifying function. It reduces location time and raises location accuracy. Computer simulation verifies its efficiency and stability.
