摘要 叙述了电热熔带的制作工艺、使用方法、使用效果及应用情况,并做了焊接试验.试验结果表明,用与管道材料相同的塑料薄膜作骨架,用14匝直径为0.25~0.51mm的漆包线为加热元件的电热熔带,在夹紧器夹紧隋况下,通电11A电流焊接管道接口,焊接强度与聚乙烯基材强度基本接近,焊接效果能够满足管道施工要求. The manufacturing process, operating method, its application and effect of electric-heating fusion band were demonstrated. A series of welding experiments were performed. In the experiments, the framework was made up of plastic film containing the same material as that of pipe ; while the electric-heating fusion band was composed of 14-turn enamel wires with diameter of 0.25 -0.51mm. The findings in the experiments showed that, when the connected pipe is clipped by the clipping machine and the current intensity is 11 amperes, the strength of welded pipes is basically equal to that of polyethylene material. Thus, the welding result can satisfy the piping construction requirement.
