Tensile Properties and Aging Behavior of 6061Al Matrix Composite Reinforced with ZnAl_2O_4-coated Al_(18)B_4O_(33) Whiskers

摘要 采用挤压铸造法制备了ZnAl2O4涂覆的硼酸铝晶须增强6061Al复合材料.研究了ZnAl2O4涂覆对复合材料界面结构、室温拉伸性能、断裂机制以及时效行为的影响.试验结果表明,均匀的ZnAl2O4涂覆能有效阻碍界面反应,从而提高复合材料的室温拉伸性能,涂覆也推迟了复合材料的峰时效. The ZnAl2O4-coated-Al18B4O33 w/6061 A1 composite was fabricated by squeeze casting. The effects of the ZnAl2O4 coating on interfacial microstructure, tensile properties at room temperature, fracture mechanism and aging behavior of the composite were investigated. The results show that the uniform ZnAl2O4 coating can effectively hinder interfacial reaction, and thus improves tensile properties at room temperature of the composite, the coating also postpones peak-aging process of the composite.
