摘要
目的评价缝合锚钉治疗膝内侧副韧带附着点处断裂的临床效果。方法2005年2月～2007年4月，我科采用缝合锚钉治疗膝内侧副韧带附着点处断裂12例。结果12例病人随访6～13个月，平均9个月。11例病人膝关节比较稳定，无压痛，能胜任原来的体力劳动；1例膝外翻应力试验仍呈阳性，但能从事一般的体力劳动。X线片未见缝合锚钉松动、脱落。结论采用缝合锚钉治疗膝内侧副韧带附着点处断裂是一种较为理想的治疗方法．值得进一步深入研究和推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the suture anchor of medial collateral ligament （MCL） complete rupture from the end of the knee. Methods Twelve patients suffered from MCL complete rupture from the end of the knee were treated with the suture anchor. Results The mean （range） followed up for nine months （6-13）. Showed 11 patients regained better funetione of knee, one X ray films showed the secure suture anchors in the bone. Conclusion Suture anchor of the MCL complete rupture from the end of the knee is a reliable method.
