摘要
目的构思设计一套主管药师综合评价和管理体系。方法引入工作分析的理论和方法,分析、设计医院药房主管药师岗位的工作分析路径,形成工作说明书。结果成功设计了一套医院主管药师岗位工作分析框架。结论工作分析理论在现代企业管理中得到了成功应用,依据企业工作分析的模式,可构思设计一套医院药房主管药师岗位工作分析体系,以期为主管药师岗位聘用、培训和绩效考核提供依据,实现科学管理。
Objective To design a set of comprehensive appraisal and management system for pharmacist-in-charge. Methods A theory and method of work post analysis was introduced, the pathway of analysis for pharmacist-in-charge in hospital was analyzed and designed, and a job description set up. Results A framework for the work post analysis of pharmacist-incharge in hospital was successfully completed. Conclusion The theory of work-post analysis has been used successfully in today's business management. Based on the mode of job analysis conducted in enterprises, a system for the analysis can he conceived and designed. This new system is scheduled to act as the basis for scientific management, which includes employing, training and appraising the professional staff.
