摘要
中央电视台电视文化中心(TVCC)由五星级酒店、录音棚、数码影院、舞台塔、后舞台、剧院看台、视像室和展览大厅组成,总建筑面积103648m2,其建筑造型独特、功能复杂,施工难度大。施工中采用包括型钢混凝土施工技术、型钢柱与混凝土梁采用连接板及连接器的应用技术、钢筋熔槽焊连接应用技术、自密实混凝土应用技术、录音棚房中房模板设计、弧形看台与斜柱施工技术、舞台桁架高空散拼施工技术、大型屋面钢网架安装技术、桁架整体提升技术、复杂形体幕墙安装技术、8坐标系统测量控制技术等,满足了设计要求,保证了施工质量。
The center consists of a five-star hotel, acoustic studio, digital cinema, stage tower, back stage, theater stands, visual room and exhibition hall, with total floor area of 105,868m^2. It has unique architectural configuration, complex functions and big construction difficulties. A lot of technologies were applied to the construction to meet the design requirement and guarantee construction quality, such as tie plate or connector between profile-steel concrete column and steel beam, melted groove welding for steel bar connection, self-compacted concrete, formwork design for the room in acoustic studio, construction of arc stand and inclined post, assembly of stage truss at high altitude, installation of large roof steel grid, integral truss lift, installation of complex curtain wall, survey control of 8 ordinate systems and etc.
