摘要 某商业广场新建现浇框架楼由于改变用途,结构所承担的荷载增加,致使原框架梁、柱、板承载力不满足要求,对此分别采用了湿式外包钢加固柱,粘钢和CFRP布混合加固框架梁、板等加固措施,加固效果良好且成本较低。 The change of a new commercial building's usage had increased its structural loads so seriously that the original frame beams, columns and floors could no longer satisfy the requirement of load-bearing capacity. The columns were strengthened with wet steel enclosures, and the beams and slabs with steel and CFRP sheets. The strengthening work has reached a good effect with low costs.
