在总结多年来油气输送管驻厂监造过程中HSE管理实践的基础上,详细阐述了中国石油管材研究所针对油气输送管驻厂监造业务开展HSE管理的办法,并将之概括为"四化":管理的制度化、参与的全民化、评估的具体化、资源的落实化。
On the basis of summary of HSE management practice in the mill supervision over oil and gas transmission pipelines in many years, the detailed explanation focuses on the HSE management methods used in the supervision on oil and gas transmission pipeline by the Tubular Goods Research Centre of CNPC. Finally, these methods are generalized as four characteristics: systemization of management, participation of the entire people, specification of evaluation and fulfillment of resource provision.
