摘要
针对电磁流量计在注水计量测量准确度普遍低于流量计理论测量准确度的现状,根据电磁流量计原理与实际应用工况条件,逐项分析现场工况条件下影响电磁流量计测量准确度的各项因素,并查找造成影响各因素的权重关系.推断出阀门开启度太小,管系吸入气泡,液体中含有溶解气,往复泵振荡和沉积层覆盖电极为主要原因;针对主要原因,制定实施对策,进行反复现场实验与效果检查,最终探索出一套适应现场工况条件下提高电磁流量计计量测量准确度的方法.
In view of the present status that the measuring accuracy of electromagnetic flow-meter in water injection measurement is usually lower than the measuring accuracy in theoretical measurement, different factors affecting the measuring accuracy of electromagnetic flow-meters under the on-site working conditions are analyzed according to the principles of these flow-meters and the on-site working condition of actual application, followed by an exploration on weight relationship of influencing factors. Then main causes are referred from the above analyses, which include too small opening ratio of valves, air bubbles absorbed in pipe system, solution gas contained in liquid, oscillation of reciprocating pump and sedimentary layer covered by electrode. Based on these reasons, corresponding countermeasures are established and carried out, together with repetitive on-site experiments and effect inspection. Finally, a series of methods to raise measuring accuracy of electromagnetic flow-meters are found out, which are adaptive to the working conditions in our plant.
