摘要
采用负离子聚合法,以环己烷-己烷为溶剂,四氢呋喃为结构调解剂,用双锂及多锂组成的混合引发剂一步合成了具有部分星形结构的丁苯共聚物;研究了混合引发剂组成、不同合成方法对丁苯共聚物相对分子质量及其分布的影响,并对丁苯共聚物的结构及组成进行了表征。结果表明,通过调节双锂引发剂和多锂引发剂的组成,可一步合成出星形结构含量不同的丁苯共聚物;用该法合成的丁苯共聚物,其相对分子质量分布比共凝聚法窄;星形结构含量的改变对微观结构及共聚物组成没有明显的影响。
Using anionic polymerization, butadiene-styrene copolymers containing partial starshaped structure were synthesized by one step method with cyclohexane-hexane as solvent, tetrahydrofuran as structure modifier and doublelithium/ multilithium as mixed initiator. The influence of composition of the mixed initiator, the different synthesis method on relative molecular mass and its distribution were studied, and the structure as well as composition of butadiene-styrene copolymers were characterized. The results showed that the butadiene-styrene copolymers with different content of starshaped structure could be synthesized directly by regulating the composition of the mixed initiator. The relative molecular mass distribution of butadiene-styrene copolymer synthesized by one step method was narrower than that by coprecipitation method. The change of content of star-shaped structure did not evidently affect the microstrticture and component.
