摘要
以偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,采用单螺杆挤出机制备发泡热塑性硫化胶(TPV)。考察了发泡剂、助发泡剂和表面活性剂用量等因素对发泡TPV密度、拉伸性能和泡孔尺寸及分布的影响。结果表明,在实验条件下,发泡剂用量为1.0份、硬脂酸锌/AC(质量比)为60/100以及表面活性剂的用量为0.15份时,可制得密度低、拉伸性能好、泡孔尺寸小且分布均匀以及挤出物表面光洁度高的发泡TPV。
Using azodicarbonamide ( AC ) as chemical blowing agent, the foamed ethylene-propylene-diene rubber/polypropylene thermoplastic vulcanizate (EPDM/PP TPV)was prepared by single screw extruder. The effects of loading of blowing agent AC, zinc stearate ing of strearic acid on d erties, cell size and its /AC (mass ratio) and load- ensity, tensile strength propdistribution of foamed TPV were investingated. The results showed that under the condition of optimized formulation of AC loading 1.0 phr, zinc stearate/AC ( mass ratio) 60/100, strearic acid 0.15 phr, the foamed TPV was ob- tained with lower density, better tensile properties, smaller cell size, more even cell size distribution and higher appearance finishing degree.
