烯丙基异丁基聚多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷/聚丁二烯纳米杂化材料的合成及表征(英文) 被引量:4

摘要 采用负离子聚合法,以单官能团笼型烯丙基异丁基聚多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)和丁二烯为单体、正丁基锂为引发剂、环己烷为溶剂、乙基四氢糠基醚(ETE)为调节剂,制备烯丙基异丁基POSS/聚丁二烯纳米杂化材料,并对其结构进行了表征。结果表明,在烯丙基异丁基POSS和丁二烯之间发生了共聚合反应,实现了活性负离子引发聚合制备POSS/聚丁二烯纳米杂化材料;ETE可有效调节1,2 -聚丁二烯结构的含量;随着烯丙基异丁基POSS用量的增加,纳米杂化材料的重均相对分子质量逐渐降低。 For the last decade, organic-inorganic hybrid nanocomposites based on the incorporation of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS) into polymeric matrices have received a considerable amount of atten- tion^[1,2 ].
