摘要
在总结矿业项目开发的五大风险因素前提下,根据矿业项目的特点,论述了与矿业开发息息相关、最为敏感的两大因素:自然因素(包括地质资源条件和外部建设条件两个子因素)和主要人为因素(包括采选工艺技术与装备水平两个子因素),以及它们对矿业项目开发的影响与降低风险的方法和措施。
Two most sensitive factors closely linked to mining development, that is, natural factor （including two subfactors, i.e., geologic resources condition and external construction condition） and key human factor （including two subfactors, i.e., mining ＆ ore processing technology and arrangement level）, their influences on mining project development and relevant methods ＆ measures for risk reduction are introduced in the paper as per the features of mining projects,based on the conclusion of five key risk factors for mining project development.
