摘要
勘察设计企业是为国民经济各个行业提供工程技术和工程管理服务的智力型企业,是国家基本建设的重要参谋。研究勘察设计企业的软实力问题,对其应对国内及国际市场的激烈竞争,具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。在简述企业软实力的内涵的基础上,论述了勘察设计企业的软实力建设主要抓好7个要素:企业文化、话语权、制度的构建力、创新能力、发展战略、诚信度、领导力。
Survey and design enterprises are intellectual enterprises providing engineering technology and engineering management services for various industries of national economy and are the important advisors for national fundamental construction. Making study on the soft power of survey and design enterprises is of theoretical value and practical significance to them for coping with fierce competition in domestic and international market. This paper,on the basis of outlining the connotation of enterprise" s soft power makes a discussion on seven essentials to be stressed mainly in construction of the soft power of survey and design enterprises, i.e. enterprise culture, the right to speak, ability to construct system, innovation ability, development strategy, credibility and leadership.
