摘要
中央企业重组,事关我国经济结构调整和产业结构的升级,涉及社会主义市场经济体制的进一步完善。本文介绍了央企重组的进程,着重探讨了央企重组与完善社会主义市场经济体制的关系。
The restructuring of central enterprises relates to the economc structure adjustment and industrial structure upgrading of our country and involves the further consummation of socialist market economic system. This paper introduces the course of restructuring of central enterprises, focusing on discussing the relationship between the restructuring of central enterprises and the consummation of socialist market economic system.
