摘要
南京理工大学已明确地提出建设"国内一流、国际知名的高水平研究型大学"的战略使命,然而我校现状显然与这一目标之间存在较大的距离。本文在我校SWOT分析的基础上,依据现代管理学理论中常提到的四种策略,即差异化策略、专一化策略、总成本领先策略以及形象策略,为学校制定相应的竞争策略,并强调学科建设和师资队伍建设是重点。
Nanjing University of Science and Technology has brought forward the strategic mission, that is, to construct "a best research university which is top at home and famous in the world". But in fact we have a very far way to go. Based on SWOT and according to the four strategies in modem theories of management, difference, customization, lowest cost and image, this paper tries to give some competitive strategies for our university. The construction of disciplines and teaching staff are especially emphasized.
