摘要
分别考察了自主研制、进口、国产透明聚丙烯(PP)专用料ZPP,R 370 Y,J 301 G的流变行为。结果表明,ZPP,R 370 Y和J 301 G熔体均属于非牛顿型假塑性流体;R370 Y专用料对温度的敏感性较大,成型加工时宜进行温度调整;ZPP和J 301 G专用料对剪切敏感性较大,成型加工时宜进行剪切速率或剪切应力的调整;透明PP专用料的相对分子质量及其分布对其表观黏度有一定影响;ZPP的各项力学性能均优于S 800型通用PP。
The rheological behavior of several special resins of transparent polypropylene (PP) inclu- ding ZPP ( produced by author) , R 370 Y ( imported) and J 301 G (home - made) were investiga- ted. The results showed that the melts of ZPP, R 370 Y and J 301 G were non-Newtonian pseudoplastie fluid. R 370Y had a higher sensitivity to temperature, so adjusting temperature was favorable for its processing. ZPP and J 301 G had higher sensitivity to shear, so regulating shear stress or shear raten was effective on its processing. The relative molecule mass and its distribution of the special resin had certain effect on its apparent viscosity. The mechanical properties of ZPP were better than that of common PP (S800).
