摘要
介绍了中国石油抚顺石化公司8万t/a丙烯腈装置扩能至9.2万t/a的改造情况,包括催化剂的选择,流化床反应器内部构件如旋风分离器、空气分布板、丙烯/氨分布器、多组U型内冷管等的改造措施及空气压缩机等设备的更换情况。扩能改造后,每吨产品能耗下降8.70 MJ、吸收塔尾气排放量减少83.00 m3、工艺火炬气排放量减少6.81 m3、废水排放量减少0.09 t。
The revamping design of acrylonitrile plant of Fushun Petrochemical Company from 80 kt/a to 92 kt/a were introduced involving catalyst selection, modification measures of the innex structural components in fluidized bed reactor such as cyclone, air distributor, propylene/ammonia sparger and groups of internally-cooled U-tubes, and replacement of air compressor. After revamping for 1 ton of product, the energy consumption decreased by 8.7MJ, tail gas emission of absorption tower reduced by 83.00m^3, flare gas emission reduced by 6.81 m^3, and waste-water discharge reduced by 0.09 t.
