摘要
在2万t/a间歇式本体聚丙烯装置上进行了DJD-Z催化剂的工业应用。结果表明,使用DJD-Z催化剂的平均反应时间为4.5h、转化率为61.72%、催化活性为35kg/g;反应初期无明显的放热高峰,反应后期催化剂仍有较高的活性,整个反应过程平稳易控;所得聚丙烯产品的等规度可调,力学性能良好。在原料和操作条件基本相同的情况下,与常用同类型CS-1和YS-842催化剂相比,DJD-Z催化剂的单釜转化率提高1.40个百分点、反应时间缩短1.0-1.5h、催化活性较高,所得聚丙烯产品中的灰分、挥发分及氯含量较低,产品合格率可提高2-5个百分点。
The industrial application of catalyst DJD-Z was performed in a 20 kt/a intermittent bulk polymerized polypropylene unit. The results showed that the average reaction time was 4.5 h,the average conversion rate was 61.72%, the catalytic activity was 35 kg/g for the catalyst. There was no obvious exothermic peak occurred in the reaction initial period,the catalyst had higher reactivity until the end of the reaction, and the whole reaction process was stable and easy to control. The isotactic degree of polypropylene product was adjustable, and its mechanical properties were good. Under the basi-cally same raw material and operating conditions, compared with the same type convetional catalyst CS-1 and YS-842,the conversion rate raised 1.4 percentage points, the reaction time reduced 1.0-1.5 h, the catalytic activity were higher, the ash, volatile and chlorine content were lower in polypropylene and the pass rate of product could raise 2 - 5 percentage points for the catalyst DJD-Z.
