摘要
针对电网企业预算执行中存在的不足,提出了完善预算管理体系,建立以预算为中心的财务信息管理系统,用科学合理的预算流程,提高预算执行力。
The paper proposed such suggestions to improve the execution as perfecting budget management system, setting up financial information management system by means of budget and scientific, rational budget procedure.
